Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Oversee the execution of Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Purple Teaming and Bespoke Assessment projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies and timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule resources based on project requirements.
Logistical Coordination
- Coordinate project logistics, including tool setup, environment preparation and client arrangements.
- Identify potential project roadblocks and work with the relevant parties to resolve them promptly.
Budget and Cost Management
- Manage project budgets and monitor project-related expenditure.
- Track resource allocation and ensure that projects are delivered cost-effectively.
Tool and Technology Management
- Manage the tools and technologies required for project delivery, including licensing, renewals, usage and associated costs.
- Assess and recommend improvements or new tools where appropriate.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements.
- Communicate technical matters clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, deliverables and progress reports.
- Ensure that project records comply with applicable organizational standards.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, team efficiency and service delivery.
- Implement practical measures to improve productivity and the quality of deliverables.
Required Skillsets
- Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably within cybersecurity, technology or IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience in budget planning, cost monitoring and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming and Purple Teaming.
- Experience managing software tools, licensing, renewals and associated costs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Singapore Citizen.
