## What you’ll do

-Support the team with data collection and reporting (e.g., preparing simple Excel tables, updating existing reports)

\- Assist in churn and revenue tracking for segment based by providing data support to the team’s analysis

\- Contribute to preliminary reporting on customer surveys, campaign results, or customer feedback

\- Help with documentation, meeting notes, and task follow-ups in digitalization and automation projects

\- Research CRM and marketing trends and prepare short summaries for the team

\- Monitor competitor activities and provide simple observations and reports to the team

\- Support preparation processes for new product or campaign launches (presentations, content gathering, checklists)

## Who you are

\- University student or fresh graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields

\- Strong interest in data, marketing, and crm

\- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

\- Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)

\- Good communication skills and a team player

\- Able to work 5 days a week (full-time internship)
