Role Purpose As Specialist - Regional HR at Accelya, you will deliver HR generalist advisory services to employees and managers across assigned regional markets, managing employee relations matters, supporting local compliance and ensuring HR processes are effectively implemented. Duties & Responsibilities • Act as the primary HR generalist point of contact for employees and managers in assigned regional markets, providing advice on HR policies, employment legislation and people processes • Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence cases, applying local employment law and Accelya's global standards • Coordinate key HR lifecycle events for regional employees including onboarding, job changes, probation reviews and offboarding • Use Workday HCM AI features and Workday People Analytics to monitor regional workforce metrics and attrition trends • Maintain knowledge of local employment legislation, ensuring HR processes and documentation are compliant and current • Use generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for policy localisation, ER documentation drafting and cross-cultural HR communication • Support regional talent processes including performance cycles, development planning and engagement survey follow-up Required Experience & Skills • 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, including employee relations case management in a multi-country environment • Good knowledge of employment law in relevant regional jurisdictions • Experience with Workday HCM or a comparable HRIS • Ability to build credible working relationships with employees and managers across diverse cultures • Strong written communication skills for HR documentation and cross-cultural communication • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business or a related field; CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred Preferred Experience & Skills • Experience using Workday HCM AI features for localised HR automation, workflow management and regional workforce analytics • Proficiency with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Microsoft Copilot) for localising HR policies, drafting ER documentation and preparing cross-cultural management guidance • Familiarity with Workday People Analytics for regional attrition monitoring, DEI reporting and workforce health dashboards • Awareness of how AI can support multi-jurisdiction HR compliance, including AI-assisted legislative monitoring and automated compliance checklist generation What do we offer? • An open culture with a creative and challenging opportunity to satisfy your intellectual needs • Flexible working hours • Smart working: a hybrid remote/office working environment • Work-life balance • An excellent, dynamic and multicultural environment to work in About Accelya Accelya is a leading global software provider to the airline industry, powering over 200 airlines with an open, modular software platform.
