This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for an Arabic-speaking Consultant Psychiatrist ready to help build a new psychiatric service from the ground up — not step into an existing structure, but help define one.

What You'll Do
- Lead clinical governance and complex detox and dual-diagnosis case management

- Work with executive leadership to establish treatment pathways and clinical standards
Candidate Profile
Required:
- Fluent Arabic speaker
- Medical degree (MD/DO) with board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
- Eligible for professional licensure/registration in your current country of practice
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare service development, team leadership, or start-up/greenfield clinical environments
