En tant que Conseiller.ère de Vente, vous serez l’ambassadeur.rice de la marque auprès de nos clients. Grâce à votre sens du service, votre passion pour nos produits et votre capacité à créer des expériences mémorables, vous contribuerez activement à la performance du magasin et à la fidélisation de notre clientèle. Ce poste vous offre l’opportunité de développer vos compétences, de vous épanouir professionnellement et d’avoir un impact concret au quotidien.

Expérience Client

• Accueillir, accompagner et conseiller chaque client tout au long de son parcours en magasin, en identifiant ses besoins et en proposant des produits adaptés afin de développer les ventes.
• Développer une excellente connaissance des produits et communiquer efficacement leurs caractéristiques.
• Veiller à offrir une expérience client de qualité et remonter les retours clients à l’équipe managériale afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue du point de vente.

Excellence Opérationnelle

• Participer aux opérations quotidiennes du magasin, notamment le réassort des produits, les encaissements et le respect des standards de visual merchandising.
• Assurer la bonne organisation des stocks en collaboration avec l’équipe dédiée.
• Contribuer à la prévention de la démarque inconnue en restant vigilant.e et en signalant toute situation inhabituelle.
