## Experience
8–12 Years in ELV Systems Operation & Maintenance within Semiconductor, Data Center, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Commercial Facilities.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.Job Summary
The ELV Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, and continuous improvement of all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems across the facility. The role ensures maximum uptime, regulatory compliance, system performance, and seamless integration of ELV infrastructure supporting critical manufacturing and utility operations.

# Key Responsibilities
### ELV System Operations & Maintenance
- Operate and maintain all ELV systems including:
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Visitor Management Systems
- Public Address (PA) Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Structured Cabling Systems
- Fiber Optic Networks
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Security Management Systems
- Emergency Communication Systems
- Data Network Infrastructure
- SCADA System
- VESDA System
- FMCS, PLC
### Reliability & Maintenance
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor system health and performance trends.
- Perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Minimize downtime through timely corrective actions.
- Maintain system backups and configuration records.
### Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Respond to ELV alarms and critical incidents.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and field device issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and service providers for complex issues.
- Support emergency response activities related to security and life safety systems.
### System Upgrades & Projects
- Support commissioning, expansion, and modification projects.
- Review ELV drawings, layouts, submittals, and technical specifications.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, and system acceptance testing.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation for new systems.

### Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Facilities, Security, IT, EHS, Construction, and Operations teams.
- Manage contractor activities and service agreements.
- Conduct technical evaluations and vendor performance reviews.
- Person should have proficiency in using Gen AI Tools, Copilot, Copilot library & Agent bots.
