The Marketing Operations Associate supports the day-to-day execution of PSECU's marketing operating system by coordinating campaign workflows, maintaining project plans, monitoring work intake, and supporting delivery processes across the marketing organization.This role partners closely with Marketing Strategy, Creative, Digital, Public Relations, Analytics, and Business Unit stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives progress efficiently from intake through execution. The position is responsible for maintaining project visibility, tracking timelines and dependencies, supporting prioritization activities, and ensuring marketing work follows established processes and governance standards.
The Marketing Operations Associate serves as a key operational resource for the marketing team, helping improve execution efficiency, delivery consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.
In this position, you will
Workflow Coordination & Administration: Support day-to-day administration of marketing workflows, project plans, and intake processes. Maintain project status, timelines, task assignments, and documentation within marketing workflow systems. Ensure marketing initiatives follow established processes and governance requirements.
Campaign & Project Coordination: Coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines. Escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting project delivery.
Intake & Prioritization Support: Assist in managing marketing intake requests and backlog administration. Support prioritization and planning sessions by preparing documentation, status updates, and reporting. Maintain accurate records of campaign priorities, schedules, and resource needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Creative, Digital, Strategy, Analytics, Public Relations, Compliance, and Business Unit stakeholders. Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and execution readiness. Support coordination of approvals and handoffs throughout campaign delivery.
Reporting & Operational Insights: Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and status updates. Monitor project throughput, completion rates, and delivery performance metrics. Provide insights that support operational planning and continuous improvement efforts.
Marketing Technology & Workflow Tools: Maintain project information within workflow and project management systems (e.g., Asana). Support process documentation and system administration activities. Assist with adoption and compliance of operational tools and standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Recommend enhancements to templates, documentation, and operating procedures. Support implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Risk & Issue Management: Monitor project risks and operational issues. Escalate concerns to Marketing Operations leadership as appropriate. Assist in resolving workflow bottlenecks and execution challenges.

Qualifications:
Associates (Required), Bachelors, Bachelors: Business Administration, Bachelors: Communication, Bachelors: Marketing2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, campaign management, program coordination, or a related discipline. | Required Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
