POSITION OVERVIEW
Heartline Staffing is seeking an OB/GYN Physician for a confidential women's health practice in Huntsville, Alabama. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to join an established, growing practice committed to delivering exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

The physician will provide comprehensive women's healthcare services while working alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes. • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Manage routine and high-risk obstetrical patients.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgical services within scope of practice.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Maintain timely, complete, and accurate medical documentation within the electronic medical record.
• Participate in practice initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient satisfaction.
• Deliver evidence-based care while maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.

COMPENSATION
• $280,000 Annual Base Salary

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. REQUIRED
• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure. REQUIRED
• Ability to provide comprehensive obstetric care. REQUIRED
• Ability to provide comprehensive gynecologic care. REQUIRED
• Ability to perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries. REQUIRED
• Strong clinical decision-making skills. REQUIRED
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills. REQUIRED
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. REQUIRED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous private practice experience.
• High-risk obstetrical experience.
• Robotic surgical experience.
• Interest in long-term partnership opportunities.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
