Job Description

As a Security Guard Mobile Patrol in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for travelers, visitors, and employees. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with integrity and professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, passenger waiting areas, bus loading zones, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe passenger and vehicle activity, and report suspicious conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain professional communication with transportation personnel, passengers, and law enforcement when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
