Job Overview:
People Perfect is looking for an experienced After Sales Manager for a leading renewable energy organization specializing in solar energy storage solutions and lithium battery systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing after-sales operations, ensuring excellent customer support, handling technical service requests, coordinating warranty claims, and leading service teams to deliver timely and effective solutions to customers. The role requires strong technical understanding of solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, and customer relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall after-sales operations, including customer support, service requests, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.
- Lead and supervise after-sales service teams to ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and implement service processes to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Handle technical escalations related to solar energy systems, lithium batteries, ESS solutions, and related products.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, installation, and technical teams for effective issue resolution.
- Manage warranty claims, product replacements, repairs, and service documentation.
- Monitor customer feedback and develop improvement plans to enhance service quality.
- Maintain service records, reports, and performance dashboards for after-sales activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper installation support, commissioning assistance, and post-installation customer engagement.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and partners.
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies to improve product reliability and customer experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or customer service management within the solar, energy, electrical, or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of solar systems, lithium-ion batteries, BMS, inverters, and energy storage solutions.
- Experience managing technical teams and handling customer escalations.
- Knowledge of warranty processes, service operations, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
