Sales Development Representative (SDR) — SaaS

Schedule: Full-time, EST business hours
Compensation: $1,000–$1,500 USD base per month (depending on experience) + commission

About the Role

We're hiring Sales Development Representatives for a SaaS company selling into the US market. This is a front-line outbound role: you'll own the top of the funnel, generating qualified pipeline through cold calls, follow-ups, and multi-channel outreach.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the US market
• Research and qualify accounts, identify decision-makers, and build targeted call lists
• Open conversations with cold prospects, handle objections in real time, and book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Follow up consistently across phone, email, and LinkedIn until a clear yes or no
• Clearly articulate the product's value to different buyer personas
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity and pipeline records in the CRM
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly call, conversation, and meeting-booked targets
• Share feedback from the field to help refine scripts, messaging, and targeting

What We're Looking For

• Proven SaaS sales experience — you have sold software/subscription products, not physical goods or generic services
• Direct experience selling into the US market with a strong grasp of US business culture and buying behavior
• Substantial cold calling experience with numbers you can speak to (dials per day, connect rate, meetings booked)
• Comfort reaching decision-makers: founders, C-level, VPs, Directors, and department heads
• Clear, confident, neutral-accent English — both spoken and written
• Resilience: you can take rejection all day and pick the phone back up
• Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, a good headset, and a backup power solution
• Ability to work full US Eastern Time hours
• CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, Pipedrive, or similar) and comfort with dialers/sales engagement tools

• Your background is in customer support, customer service, technical support, chat/email support, or call center inbound roles. This is a pure outbound sales position, and support experience is not a substitute. Applications from customer support backgrounds will not be considered.
• You have no cold calling experience
• You have not sold SaaS products
• You cannot work EST hours
• You are looking for a passive, inbound-only, or admin-heavy role
