Principal Responsibilities:
Reporting to Talent Development Manager (APAC)
• Support and implement talent development programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with organizational goals.
• Calibrate on the design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences utilizing a variety of instructional methods and technologies to maximize engagement and learning outcomes.
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify organizational learning needs and support targeted solutions to address skill gaps and performance deficiencies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, department managers, and HR business partners to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content and materials.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of talent development programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other assessment methods, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development, and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or L&D
• 5+ years of related experience
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
• The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
• Operates in a [professional office and/or classroom environment
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, Ai & Digital Learning & LMS
Willing to travel approx 10-20% of the time to APAC Regions
Great in Microsoft programs, Articulate & other digital learning platforms
