Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management & Demand Fulfillment
- Manage end-to-end order management process from demand intake to delivery execution.
- Coordinate demand from multiple sources (SEEK, WBS, internal requests) and ensure accurate processing.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and support pricing coordination with stakeholders.
- Monitor order status and follow through until Goods Receipt (GR) completion at site/3PL.
2. Intersite Inventory Balancing (STO / Interco)
- Manage Stock Transfer Orders (STO) and intercompany PO processes to enable inventory movement across sites.
- Assess inventory availability and support balancing of materials between Micron sites to meet demand.
- Ensure accurate SAP transactions including DN, PGI, and GR posting for inventory transfers.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and minimal shortages/excess.
3. Delivery Coordination & Logistics Execution
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers (Plexus, Jabil) and logistics teams to ensure on-time shipment and delivery.
- Track order fulfillment and proactively manage risks such as delays, shortages, or shipment discrepancies.
- Manage shipment activities including monitoring inbound/outbound shipments & escalations.
4. NRE PO Creation & Procurement Support
- Manage NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) PO creation via Ariba based on approved work requests.
- Review CM work requests, obtain necessary approvals, and raise PR for PO processing.
- Follow up on PR-to-PO conversion and ensure timely communication to stakeholders and CMs.
- Support additional procurement needs such as PPV, repair, and project-related POs.
5. Stakeholder & CM Coordination
- Act as primary interface between SIG Ops team, CMs and sites
- Ensure alignment on demand, delivery commitments, and issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively on order status, delays, and operational risks.
6. Reporting, Control & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report key metrics OTD, inventory movement and aging
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within SAP and operational trackers.
- Identify opportunities to improve order cycle time, inventory optimization, and process efficiency using & leveraging Artificial Intelligence(AI).
- Support UAT, process enhancements, and system improvements where required.
7. Ad-Hoc Business Operations Support
- Execute ad-hoc operational tasks including:
- Demand loading and order adjustments
- Shipment issue resolution
- Data analysis and reporting support
- Business process documentation
- Provide operational support for ongoing SIG projects and initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
- 1-2 years experience in order management, supply chain operations, or logistics
- Experience in multi-site / contract manufacturing environment preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP (PO, STO, inventory, logistics)
- Familiarity with Ariba or procurement systems is an advantage
