Lead Order Processor
Phoenix, AZ
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Lead Order Processor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The Lead Order Processor serves as a working leader within the service operations team, responsible for overseeing the daily flow of incoming and outgoing customer equipment while providing guidance, training, and support to the Order Processing team.
This role combines hands-on operational responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring shipments are processed accurately, customer expectations are met, and departmental processes are executed consistently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily order processing activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Train, mentor, and support Order Processors on departmental procedures, systems, and best practices.
- Serve as the primary resource for resolving process-related questions and operational challenges.
- Monitor workload distribution and coordinate priorities to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
- Pack and unpack customer equipment safely and accurately.
- Process incoming and outgoing service units.
- Verify packing slips against delivered equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Process shipments using Oracle and other business systems.
- Validate work orders before shipment to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate delivery schedules, order status, and service updates to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through CRM and other communication channels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement operational efficiencies.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Shipping & Receiving, Calibration Technicians, and Leadership to ensure seamless service execution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop team members in a collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in order processing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or service operations.
- Experience training or leading employees in an operational environment preferred.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize Oracle and other business systems.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and service management systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to drive accountability, consistency, and operational excellence within the team.

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 51,300.00 - 85,700.00
