Property Management Supervisor, YHGT (Full Time)

Under the overall direction of the Manager, manages the Yee Hong Garden Terrace to ensure compliance with relevant government legislations and standards, and works closely with the team and other departments to provide a safe and caring community for the tenants to remain independent as long as possible.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a recognized college certification program in Housing/Property Management.

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in housing management; experience working in the non profit setting an asset.

• Good knowledge of Condominium Act, Fire Code and legislations and policies relating to building standard and safety.

• Highly organized and good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access).

• Satisfactory Police Reference Check ( with vulnerable sector screen) result.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

Physical Demands/ Working Condition:

• 24 hours/7 days emergency response and on call services for building maintenance, emergency and safety matters

• Occasional meetings in evenings and weekends

Salary Range:
