Description
NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.

Industry Relations Specialist
(maternity leave cover)
Industry Relations Specialist will support the development, management and growth of NABA's corporate partnerships. The role combines business development and project management activities, contributing to the identification of new collaboration opportunities while supporting the successful planning and delivery of initiatives involving companies, faculty and students across both NABA campuses in Milan and Rome, working towards shared strategic and business development objectives.
The selected candidate will take care of the following activities:
Business Development & Partnership Acquisition
- Contribute to the expansion of NABA's corporate network by identifying, researching and engaging prospective partner companies aligned with the Academy's educational vision.
- Proactively develop new partnership opportunities through market research, networking and outreach activities
- Suport the preparation of proposals, conducting meetings and building long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
Partnership & Project Management
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate partnerships and collaborative projects, ensuring effective collaboration among companies, faculty, students and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate operational activities related to workshops, special projects, executive education and corporate training initiatives, events, scholarships, competitions and other strategic collaborations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to quality standards.
Communication
- Collaborate with the Communication and Digital Marketing teams to enhance the visibility of corporate partnerships through communication initiatives, presentations, events and promotional materials.
- Contribute to maintaining an active corporate pipeline by nurturing existing relationships and identifying opportunities to strengthen partner engagement.
Legal
- Assist in the administrative and contractual management of corporate partnerships, ensuring the accurate handling of agreements, documentation, scholarships, awards and project-related processes in compliance with internal procedures.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or corporate partnerships
- Proven ability to identify, approach and develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders
- Strong networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable representing the Academy at meetings, industry events, conferences and trade fairs to generate new business opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on business growth and revenue objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2)
