Job Description
15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, IT Governance, or Digital Transformation.7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow architecture, governance, and platform capabilities.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise architecture, application portfolio management, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience working with architecture repositories, CMDB, CSDM, application portfolio management, and enterprise governance frameworks.
Financial Services or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption of the ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture ecosystem.
- Lead implementation and maturity of ServiceNow EA Module, Application Portfolio Management (APM), Technology Portfolio Management, and Architecture Lifecycle Management capabilities.
- Drive enterprise-wide CSDM adoption, architecture data governance, and technology portfolio visibility.
- Establish and govern architecture standards, technology lifecycle processes, application health assessments, and architecture review practices.
- Lead integration strategy and implementation across ServiceNow, Archer, Workiva, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise governance platforms.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Risk, Security, Compliance, Audit, and Business stakeholders to strengthen governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive technology risk, controls, control objectives, policy compliance, and governance frameworks within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Enable traceability across business capabilities, applications, technologies, risks, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Define executive dashboards, analytics, capability heatmaps, and strategic roadmaps to support technology investment decisions.
- Provide architectural leadership and mentorship across Enterprise Architecture and ServiceNow platform teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Deep expertise in:
- ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture (EA)
- Application Portfolio Management (APM)
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- CMDB
- ITSM / ITOM
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC/IRM)
- Enterprise Architecture Governance
- Technology Lifecycle Management
- Architecture Repositories and Data Governance
- Strong experience with Archer, Workiva, Risk Management, Controls Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TOGAF
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
