Batcher I - Ottumwa This role will also be engaged in complying with and understanding the manufacturing processes to lead in the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth. Shift & Schedule: This is a full time position Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors always Understand and help drive improvements to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices. and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Collaborate with production team members to maintain continuous flow of syrup to the lines Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches. Learn to safely and efficiently operate batching equipment including set up, operation, and sanitization Ensure food safety through quality checks and accurate record keeping Inventory and control ingredients and receive sugar Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas
