HybridWhat you will do
This position is responsible for supporting financial management of Self Care brands in Brazil, ensuring accurate P&L visibility, forecasts, and financial insights to support business decision-making. The role will act as a finance partner to the Marketing team, with strong interaction with the Self Care team. Also responsible for costs analysis, support on IBP and planning.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the financial front for the Self Care team, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
Support planning cycles including Budget, Forecast, and 3-Year Operating Plan (3YOP).
Assist in P&L tracking and variance analysis (BVA), ensuring data consistency and actionable insights.
Perform cost analysis and Gross Profit (GP) evaluation, identifying risks and opportunities for margin improvement.
Monitor price changes, product mix (SKU), and cost impacts to support profitable growth.
Support portfolio analysis and new product initiatives (NPI), ensuring financial consistency.
Contribute to IBP cycles with financial insights such as ROI, price elasticity, and market trends.
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses for business partners and leadership.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in Finance.
Experience with financial analysis (P&L, costs, profitability).
Business partnering experience is a plus.
Financial modeling experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Advanced Excel required; SAP and Power BI are a plus.
Intermediate English proficiency is required; advanced proficiency is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese.
