Your tasks

To strengthen our team in Geneva, we are looking for a committed Client Service Professional who enjoys direct client engagement and is passionate about working in the field of precious metal sales and safe deposit box consulting. Your tasks include: 

• Performing cashier and counter duties, processing high-value cash, card, and bank transfer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Advising on safe deposit boxes, secure storage, and duty-free warehouse solutions
• Processing of purchase and sale transactions 
• Participating in customer events, trade fairs, and in-house events
• Ensuring compliance with compliance and money laundering regulations in day-to-day business
• Supporting daily reconciliations, audit trails, and internal reporting requirements
• Working closely with experienced relationship managers and gaining insights into the international precious metals business

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree or training in economics, finance, or a related field
• Initial experience in sales or customer consulting, ideally in the financial, commercial, or luxury goods sector
• Enthusiasm for precious metals and investments
• Friendly, confident, and service-oriented personality with a genuine passion for direct customer engagement
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, and a careful, reliable approach to work
• Impeccable background and credit record
• Excellent command of French and English; fluency in German is an advantage
