About the OpportunityWe are looking for a professional to lead the Production Planning and Control (PPC), Purchasing, and Foreign Trade functions in an integrated manner at our Animal Safety facility in Pindamonhangaba/SP.
This position will be responsible for ensuring the availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet customer demand while maintaining the right balance between service levels, inventory, production capacity, and costs.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end supply chain, leading teams, developing suppliers, coordinating import processes and supply operations, overseeing the S&OP process, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Production Planning and Control (PPC), Purchasing, and Foreign Trade areas.
Ensure the proper supply of raw materials, packaging, production inputs, and other materials required for operations.
Coordinate import and export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and on-time execution.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
Identify, develop, qualify, and manage suppliers, seeking alternatives that promote competitiveness, quality, and supply security.
Conduct commercial negotiations and monitor supplier performance against agreed terms and conditions.
Lead the S&OP process, developing KPIs, analyses, and action plans to support decision-making.
Plan the resources required to support both internal manufacturing and third-party production needs.
Manage inventories of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in accordance with corporate policies.
Analyze demand, production capacity, and inventory levels to ensure product availability while optimizing costs.
Coordinate relationships with third-party manufacturing partners, aligning production schedules and priorities.
Monitor material receipts and oversee execution of production plans.
Develop and present performance metrics, management reports, and continuous improvement plans.
Foster collaboration among Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, R&D, Commercial, and other business functions.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
Lead, coach, and develop the teams under responsibility.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related disciplines is a plus.
Technical Knowledge

Experience in industrial environments, including both in-house manufacturing and outsourced production operations.
