Certified Pharmacy Technician-Bilingual Spanish and Full Time

 

VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services" is seeking a full time, bilingual Spanish speaking, certified pharmacy technician to work in a clinic-based pharmacy at North Texas Area Community Health Center Pharmacy. We are looking for a compassionate and competent professional with a drive to succeed. NTACHC offers a full range of quality family-oriented comprehensive primary and preventive services, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, family planning services, prenatal care, behavioral care services (depression and anxiety counseling) and health education promotion and disease prevention services.The clinic is designated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and the pharmacy is managed by VytlOne.

Estimated Hourly Pay Range is $23.75 - $27.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

Qualifications

• Current PTCB Certification
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience is preferred
• Computer experience mandatory
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
• Bilingual, Spanish is a MUST
