We are searching for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for our Food Production Associate. We offer a strong team environment, fun atmosphere, and the potential for growth. While you will be trained on the specific requirements of the position, we are seeking candidates who are self-motivated and dependable, excited to learn, and have an interest in food and flavor.

Current openings are full-time positions, first shift (6AM-4:30PM), Monday to Thursday. Pay is $16.75/hour.

Responsibilities and Duties

Joining our Production Center team means you will be trained in a variety of areas of spice manufacturing including (but not limited to):

• Packaging spices & blends into bags & jars;
• Labeling bags & jars;
• Performing quality control checks;
• Conducting cycle counts and inventory moves using an electronic handheld device;
• Understanding of the day-to-day manufacturing warehouse operations regarding logistics, systems and processes in order to meet demand and maintain strict safety standards.

• You enjoy working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and you are able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Classification: Hourly, non-exempt

Essential Functions of the Job: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to read, count and write accurately. Must be able to climb ladders, work standing for extended periods of time and move items that can weigh up to 50 pounds. All employees in this position must be at their assigned stations at the start of their scheduled shift.
