• Lock in a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 disbursed right after your first load), base mileage rates from $0.85 to $0.88 CPM, plus top-tier activity extras: $335 per trailer offloaded and $30 per backhaul. Orientation/ride-along week pays $150/day.

2. Regional Routes & Physical Freight Setup

• Dedicated retail account dispatching out of Ashley, IN, delivering piece-by-piece via roller ramps across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI.
• Log roughly 1,110 miles per week across 3 loads in modern Freightliner, International, or Kenworth sleeper cabs. Job Reality: 100% driver-unloaded freight requiring agility to work efficiently in varying weather conditions.

3. Home Time Rhythm & Operations

• Frequent Home Resets: Get home 3 to 4 times every single week (taking 10-hour off-duty breaks at home roughly every other day).
• Shifts feature early morning store arrivals with steady night driving (3–5 store stops per trip). Parking Rule: Personal truck parking at home requires double-layer security protection (gated lot, cameras, or guard post).

4. Experience & Drug Screen Compliance

• Qualifications: Must hold at least 3 months of verifiable Class-A driving time in the last 36 months (3 years).
