About the Role: 

Tamara is looking for a versatile, commercially minded Copywriter to create clear, compelling content that helps merchants understand our products, take action and grow with us - across both English and Arabic languages.

Working across B2B marketing, CRM and product marketing, you will turn briefs, existing drafts and complex product information into effective, channel-ready copy. Your work will span lifecycle journeys, SEO landing pages, paid campaigns, events and product education, balancing brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.

This is a hands-on writing and editing role for someone who can manage multiple briefs, collaborate proactively with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

CRM and lifecycle communications

• Write and refine copy for multi-touch merchant journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement and reactivation.
• Adapt messaging across email, SMS and WhatsApp, accounting for each channel’s format, constraints and customer context.
• Turn CRM drafts into polished, production-ready copy, including subject lines, preheaders, message bodies and calls to action.
• Maintain consistency across journey touchpoints and develop copy variants for testing.

SEO and website content

• Write and edit industry-specific landing pages that connect merchant needs with Tamara’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with SEO stakeholders on search intent, keyword integration, page structure, headings, metadata and conversion-focused calls to action.
• Tailor messaging to sectors such as pharmacies, home appliances, gaming and healthcare while preserving a consistent brand voice.

Paid campaigns and event communications

• Develop concepts and copy variants for B2B paid advertising, seasonal campaigns and promotional offers.
• Translate campaign propositions into concise headlines, primary text and calls to action.
• Write event and partnership materials, including booth messaging, flyers and promotional landing-page copy.
• Partner with designers and marketing teams to ensure copy works effectively within each creative format.

Product marketing and editorial content

• Translate product features and merchant benefits into accessible, persuasive messaging.
• Write scripts for campaign videos, short-form content, merchant case studies and product how-to videos.
• Support onboarding communications, product marketing newsletters and launch campaigns.
• Help develop surveys, reports and long-form content by shaping narratives and editing stakeholder inputs into clear, engaging copy.
• Collaborate with content and production teams through script revisions and final copy checks.

Your expertise: 

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing copywriting, with a portfolio covering both conversion-focused and longer-form content.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to simplify complex products and ideas.
• Experience writing for B2B audiences, ideally merchants, SMEs or business decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle messaging, SEO fundamentals and performance advertising.
• The ability to adapt a core proposition across channels without losing clarity or brand consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver across multiple projects and deadlines.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to working with marketing, design, CRM and product stakeholders.
• Comfort using feedback and performance data to refine copy.
• Excellent English and Arabic copywriting skills.
