Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually, plus commission.
• Profit Sharing Plan: Included.
• Benefits: Health insurance provided.
• Work Schedule: Open to a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Quote new and renewal business for personal and small commercial accounts.
• Market and service accounts, including handling referral leads and calling potential leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize Agency Matrix software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, with a focus on personal and small commercial lines preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agency Matrix software or similar platforms is a plus.
• Work Ethic: A self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation, quoting, and account servicing.
