LOCATION: Remote (Only Latam candidates)
About the role Archie Labs is the professional services arm of Archie, an AI-native application builder. We help enterprises design, build, and deploy production-grade AI and data solutions.
What you'll do
- Design the visual layer of every product announcement and release (Discord, LinkedIn, documentation, email), working end to end with the Evangelist team.
- Create practical content that helps builders adopt Archie faster: walkthrough visuals, demo assets, short videos and motion graphics, social posts, and documentation graphics.
- Use Archie constantly to build working prototypes, demos, and example projects, and identify UX friction in the product from a builder's perspective.
- Design and iterate on acquisition and activation experiments (landing pages, onboarding flows, messaging variants, lifecycle emails), using A/B test results and funnel metrics to decide what to scale.
- Bring product insights back to the product team: what users struggle with, where the experience breaks, and design proposals to fix it.
- Use AI tools and agentic workflows as a core part of the daily process to multiply design output, speed, and quality.
- Keep visual consistency with the Archie brand and design system, coordinating with the brand designer.
What we're looking for
1. Strong product, visual, and marketing design skills with a portfolio of shipped work (Figma as primary tool).
2. Advanced, hands-on use of AI tools across the design workflow: image and video generation (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway), AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), and AI features in design tools (e.g., Figma AI)
3. Building working prototypes with AI-native builders or no-code tools (Archie, Lovable, v0, Webflow, or similar), beyond static mockups
4. Product and UX thinking: user flows, onboarding design, usability, and translating user feedback into design decisions
5. Growth design: A/B testing, conversion and activation metrics, and data-informed iteration
6. Motion design and short-form video editing for social and product demos (e.g., After Effects, CapCut, Premiere)
7. Clear, concise copywriting in English for product announcements and social content.
8. C1 English Level
Nice to have

- Product management exposure: discovery, prioritization, roadmap conversations.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
