About the Client
Our client is a U.S.-based exterior construction company specializing in siding, windows, decking, and full building envelope projects.
They are a small, hands-on team focused on quality workmanship, efficiency, and clear project execution.
Role Overview
Our client is looking to hire a Project Coordinator / Estimator to support estimating and project coordination efforts.
This is a new role and will start as part-time (approximately 20 hours per week), with the potential to grow into a full-time position over time.
The main focus of this role is construction estimating, with additional project coordination and administrative support as needed.
The ideal candidate has a construction background, is comfortable working independently, and can manage estimates and project information using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare material and labor estimates for construction projects

Review drawings, plans, and specifications to define scope and requirements

Support project coordination tasks related to estimating and handoff

Maintain organized project data and documentation

Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and estimating software

Communicate clearly with the hiring manager regarding estimates and project details

Assist with additional coordination tasks as needed
Requirements (Must-Haves)

Previous experience in construction (estimating and/or project coordination)

Experience using estimating software (specific tools can be trained)

Strong computer skills, including Excel

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Clear communication skills
Nice to Have

Experience with exterior construction projects (siding, windows, decking, envelope)

Familiarity with project tracking tools or CRMs

Ability to improve or support internal processes
