What you'll be doing
As the face of our new Parramatta Westfield store, you'll:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Create a welcoming and safe environment for customers and teammates
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Support day-to-day store operations across a variety of shifts
- Prepare quality coffee and fresh food offers
- Work as part of a fun and collaborative team
What we're looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A positive, reliable and friendly attitude
- A passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends or overnights
- Previous retail, customer service or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
