UVA Imaging is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator I to join our outpatient imaging team in Charlottesville, VA.

Location: 315 Old Ivy Way, Suite 103, Charlottesville, VA 22903
Position Overview
As a Patient Coordinator I, you will play an important role in supporting patients and the daily operations of our imaging center. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and registering patients
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient coordination
- Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
- Managing patient records and documentation
- Supporting inventory and general business office functions
- Collaborating with the imaging center team to ensure an efficient, patient-friendly experience

Requirements
EDUCATION:
- To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of computer applications and Microsoft Office
