The Lead Integration Developer will Develop and maintain integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms using established integration patterns and best practices.
Responsibilities

- Integration Development & Technical Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions within the Global Client Engagement domain.
- Collaborate with Application Architects, Solution Architects, Product Teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations across cloud and enterprise platforms using established integration patterns and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to integration developers and project teams.
- Drive the adoption of reusable components, frameworks, standards, and development practices across integration initiatives. Solution Quality & Delivery Excellence .
- Ensure integration solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to uphold delivery standards.
- Support technical design reviews and contribute to solution assessments and planning.
- Analyse complex integration challenges and lead root cause analysis.
- Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, testing, and deployment standards.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years’ experience as an Azure integration developer. Experience with microservices and common integration patterns such as messaging, events, and file based integrations. Experienced programmer in C#, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and SQL. Experience with Azure DevOps and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with synchronous (sync) and asynchronous (async) approaches.
- Comfort with API design and documentation of software architecture.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Azure Integration Services, API Management, and MCP servers.
- Good skills and understanding of Azure architecture.
- Good skills and understanding of networking, infrastructure, and security.
- Good experience working with on premises hosted databases, applications, and servers.
