Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional client service and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including construction, habitational, and LROs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple carriers, quoting, binding, and delivering proactive support to both clients and internal teams. This position offers a blend of client-facing responsibilities and behind-the-scenes support for larger accounts.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, unlimited PTO (with limited vacation availability during the busy season from December to February).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in-office if local) or fully remote for candidates in Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage a variety of accounts, ranging from small businesses to larger enterprises, with a focus on construction, habitational, and LROs.
• Collaborate with multiple carriers to quote, bind, and manage policies.
• Provide proactive support for larger clients, including behind-the-scenes administrative tasks.
• Utilize AMS 360 software to manage client information and streamline processes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; experience with multiple carriers and a true service-oriented approach is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software and strong Excel skills.
• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with over 5 years of experience should be comfortable with a mix of client-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities.
