🌟 The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our 2nd Shift operations at our Bellmawr, NJ distribution center.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys managing people, improving processes, and taking ownership of daily operations.

As our 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing your team, ensuring orders are picked and staged accurately, maintaining productivity, and keeping warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, holds their team accountable, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

• 👥 Lead, supervise, and motivate the 2nd Shift warehouse team to achieve daily operational goals.
• 📋 Oversee order picking, pulling, verification, and staging to ensure accurate, on-time shipments.
• 📊 Monitor productivity, workflow, and team performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• 🎯 Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and hold team members accountable for performance, accuracy, attendance, and safety.
• 🔍 Maintain high standards of order accuracy and product handling, minimizing errors and damage.
• 🚜 Oversee safe and proper use of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• 🦺 Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• 🤝 Coordinate with warehouse leadership, transportation, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and shift transitions.
• 💡 Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
• ✅ Take ownership of 2nd Shift operations, ensuring daily priorities are completed and the team is prepared for the next business day.

🧠 What We're Looking For

• ⭐ Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience, preferably in a distribution or high-volume warehouse environment.
• 👥 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, develop, and hold employees accountable.
• 📦 Experience managing order fulfillment, inventory handling, warehouse productivity, and shipping operations.
• 🧩 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 💬 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
• 🎯 A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• 🚜 Forklift experience preferred; ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• 💪 Ability to assist with physical warehouse duties, including lifting up to 65 lbs, as needed.
• 🚗 Reliable transportation and ability to consistently work the scheduled 2nd Shift hours.

Salary Range: $24-$26/hr
