SKIMS is looking for an Operation Analyst. This position will be focused on providing analytical support and strategic insights to the Operations and Logistics team, including KPI reporting, forecasting, cost tracking, and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to forecast inbound and outbound volume by sales channel and fulfillment location.
- Prepare invoices, KPIs, and supporting documentation for monthly close reconciliation, and partner with Accounting and FP&A to validate MoM variances and trends.
- Track departmental costs and analyze performance to budget while focusing on opportunities for cost savings.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to translate data into insights for Operations & Logistics in the realm of cost modeling, DC capacity planning, and trend analysis.
- Manage, analyze, and report on all DC-SLA and capacity performance and present insights by developing KPI’s for daily tracking.
- Maintain internal rate card and SOP documentation.
- Must facilitate a positive work environment and manage issues by escalating as suitable.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment, or supply chain management; fashion company experience is a plus
- Operational forecasting and budgeting experience is a plus
- Experience managing relationships with vendors, 3PLs, and dedicated warehouses
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and project management tools
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to measure success both quantitatively and qualitatively
- Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions
- Professional outlook and demeanor
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools, to develop actionable recommendation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Onsite 4 days a week
