外商客戶的台灣廠區目標於 2030 年前達成 RE100（100% 使用再生能源）。未來會有兩組外部顧問：再生能源採購策略顧問，以及能源診斷顧問。本職位擔任兩方顧問的合作橋樑與公司內部單一窗口，負責串接「節能與需量診斷」及「再生能源採購策略」兩條軸線，推動跨部門決策，確保 2030 年目標如期達成。

主要職責

• 擔任 RE100 策略顧問與能源診斷顧問的單一協調窗口，統籌雙方工作計畫與時程，確保能源需量預測與採購情境模擬的假設一致。

• 主持專案例會、審閱顧問月報與階段查核點（Checkpoint）評估，彙整管理層決策簡報。

• 協調採購、法務、財務、永續、廠務等部門參與工作坊，彙整各部門對關鍵條款的立場並形成內部共識。

• 彙整並查核用電數據、既有合約與需量預測，確保提供予顧問之資料正確且即時。

• 支援 RFI／RFP 招標流程：覆核供應商名單與招標文件、參與供應商簡報與盡職調查、管理 NDA 簽署。

• 協調法務與財務參與 CPPA／T-REC 合約談判，追蹤風險緩解措施與內部簽核流程。

• 擔任履約階段內部窗口，追蹤 CPPA 發電績效與 T-REC 憑證移轉，定期回報 RE100 達成進度。

• 監督顧問遵守利益衝突條款（不得向售電業者、開發商或能源供應商收取費用）。

必備條件

• 學士以上，環境、能源、電機、化工、永續發展或商業管理相關科系。

• 3 年以上企業永續／ESG、再生能源採購、能源管理、電力產業或管理顧問相關經驗。

• 熟悉台灣再生能源法規與市場機制（電業法、再生能源發展條例、用電大戶條款、T-REC 登錄與移轉）。

• 理解 CPPA 與 T-REC 的商業結構與風險差異（轉供架構、餘電處理、履約風險、價格結構）。

• 具管理外部顧問或多方協作之經驗，能在無直接指揮權的情況下推動跨部門進度。

• 中文與英文書面及口語溝通流利。

加分條件

• 具 RE100、SBTi、GHG Protocol Scope 2（market-based）或 CDP 揭露實務經驗。

• 曾實際參與 CPPA 招標、評選或合約談判。

• 具 ISO 50001 或 ISO 14064 相關經驗或證照。

• 具半導體／電子製造業廠務或公用事業（電力、水、氣體）背景。
