Description

Aesthetic Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner/Aesthetic Physician

NOVA SkinLab | Ashburn, VA | Full-Time or Part-Time

About NOVA Skinlab

SkinLab in Ashburn is a collaboration between NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology and L'Oréal's SkinCeuticals. You'll practice at SkinLab with the strength of both brands supporting your work.

Since 2011, NOVA has been one of Northern Virginia's most trusted names in aesthetics, led by board-certified plastic surgeons. SkinLab brings that expertise to advanced skin care through evidence-based protocols, VISIA skin analysis, and SkinCeuticals.

Across our three locations (NOVA Ashburn, NOVA Boro, and SkinLab), we've built a culture of collaboration and continued learning. You focus on your patients and your craft. We handle the marketing, scheduling, front desk, inventory, and billing.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced aesthetic PA, NP, or MD. This role is a strong fit for an established injector with a reputation and following in Loudoun County who wants the support, brand, and infrastructure of a respected plastic surgery practice.

What You'll Do

  • Perform advanced neuromodulator and hyaluronic acid filler treatments
  • Perform laser treatments, microneedling, RF microneedling, and PRF
  • Conduct full aesthetic consultations and build comprehensive treatment plans
  • Follow the NOVA consultation process, including VISIA skin analysis
  • Recommend and use NOVA's treatments, products, and protocols, with SkinCeuticals as our primary skincare line
  • Deliver an exceptional, warm patient experience at every visit
  • Become an integral part of the NOVA and SkinLab team and culture

Requirements

  • Must have 3–5 years of aesthetic experience as a PA or NP
  • Proficiency in advanced neuromodulator techniques, HA fillers, and lasers
  • Ability to independently assess patients and create full treatment plans
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Active Virginia PA or NP license (or eligibility)
  • Commitment to using NOVA's products, treatments, and brand rather than a personal brand
  • No non-compete or other restrictive agreement that would prevent you from practicing at NOVA
  • For time roles, cannot work for a competing aesthetic practice while employed with NOVA

Training

This role is for a fully trained aesthetic provider. We provide device-specific training, and onboarding in NOVA's consultation process and protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Total earning potential of $300K+ (modest base plus generous commission)
  • Health insurance
  • Malpractice coverage
  • Paid time off
  • CME allowance
  • Conferences and industry meetings to advance your career
  • Collaboration with board-certified plastic surgeons
  • The NOVA and SkinLab brand behind your work
