The ideal candidate combines strong technology program leadership with direct post-merger integration experience and the ability to influence executive stakeholders across a complex matrixed environment.
What You'll Do

- Establish and manage integration roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
- Drive enterprise systems integration across ERP, clinical, operational, corporate, infrastructure, and security platforms.
- Lead complex data migration activities, ensuring data quality, integrity, compliance, and business continuity.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with integration objectives and value-capture targets.
- Manage technology readiness for Day 1, Day 30/60/90 milestones, TSA exit activities, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
- Influence senior leaders, technology teams, vendors, and acquired-company stakeholders to resolve issues, accelerate decisions, and maintain delivery commitments.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, cybersecurity controls, and integration best practices.
Basic Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology delivery, integration programs, or technology transformation initiatives.
- Direct experience leading M&A, post-merger integration, or large-scale enterprise integration programs.
- Experience managing enterprise systems integration involving ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Proven experience leading complex data migration efforts across multiple applications, business functions, or acquired organizations.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive and senior leadership stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, interoperability frameworks, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience leading infrastructure consolidation, identity management integration, and application rationalization initiatives.
- Familiarity with Integration Management Office (IMO) governance models.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, consulting partners, and systems integrators.
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, compliance, audit, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in Program Management, Project Management, Agile, or related disciplines.
Travel, Work Environment, and Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including visits to acquisition and business locations as needed.
- General office and remote-work environment requirements.
- Ability to participate in meetings and collaborate across multiple time zones.
