Job Responsibilities:
- Support all other operating departments by providing all facilities, engineering and technical skills and services as required to the entire operations, including the operation, repairs and maintenance of equipment, building, and grounds are kept in their optimum conditions
- Work closely with all other departments for productivity and quality standards
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of lighting systems to enhance reliability, energy efficiency, and guest experience
- Responsible to supervise and oversee his subordinates
- Assist in developing timeliness for future projects
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years working experience, from a hospitality related industry, properties and Building Service Management in similar capacity
- Degree/Diploma/Certificates in either Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical or other rated discipline
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge in PC skills and MS Office applications
- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
