Project Coordination Engineer (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Coordination Engineer - Infrastructure UAE National to join our team! The Coordination Engineer - Infrastructure is responsible for coordinating the design and follow up on the development of infrastructure projects. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality designs that meet project requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate infrastructure design activities across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Ensure design deliverables align with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Act as the point of contact between design teams, authorities, and clients.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct quality checks on design documents and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Prepare reports and presentations to brief management and client on the project progress.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in infrastructure design standards and codes.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field – Masters degree is preferable.
• 3-5 years of relative experience in infrastructure design or project coordination.
• Experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience in sustainable infrastructure design.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and data analysis.
• Familiar with ADQCC Standards
