Frontline Source Group hires experienced, top-producing recruiters and pays up to 75 percent commission on a tiered plan, on top of a base salary, 401(k), and profit sharing.
Commission tiers:
- 40 percent on billings up to $175K
- 55 percent from $175K to $350K
- 65 percent from $350K to $600K
- 75 percent on billings over $600K
$350K Club: full-desk recruiters who bill $350K plus in a year start the following year at 55 percent on billings up to $350K, 65 percent from $350K to $600K, and 75 percent over $600K.
