Description
Now Hiring – Experienced Server & Bartender.
Caledon East, Ontario.
We are looking for a highly experienced server & bartender to join our team, with an opportunity to grow into a restaurant supervisor position.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on bartending experience is required.
- Strong experience in restaurant serving and customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Ability to prepare drinks quickly, accurately, and consistently.
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant and bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and payment processing.
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and hardworking.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent food and beverage service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support daily restaurant operations and other team members.
