Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the dismantling team in disassembling vehicles and salvage materials safely and efficiently

- Prepare and organize parts for resale or recycling

- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

- Support inventory management by labeling and documenting parts

- Assist with loading and unloading salvage materials

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in automotive dismantling or salvage yard operations is preferred

- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools

- Strong attention to safety and detail

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and salvage processes is a plus

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude

Requirements

• Automotive knowledge is a must.
• Tools to work on all types of vehicles (cars, trucks vans of all makes and models).
• Ability to read, write and work on a computer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Summary: The Dismantle Assistant team member reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for assisting dismantling automotive vehicles. We are seeking applicants that have the knowledge and ability to work on motor vehicles, without the need to put them back together.
