About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to support a data verification exercise involving fee collection records and payment reconciliation.

Salary

$2,900/month + completion bonus

Contract Duration

6 months

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Description

• Verify fee collection records against relevant data sources for accuracy.

• Identify and flag payment discrepancies for review.

• Identify records that require corrections.

• Document discrepancies clearly and systematically.

• Assist with updating and correcting records as instructed.

Requirements

• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data filtering.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication skills.

• Experience in data verification, data reconciliation or similar roles is preferred.
