Overview
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr C2 Integration & Operations Engineer to support DISA.
You will experiment with GCCS-J beta releases to solve hard integration problems for GCCS-J in support of Combatant Commands, the DISA Mission Partner Environment (MPE) and DISA Joint Operational Edge (JOE/JOE‑CE) initiatives. You’ll deploy, operate, and improve GCCS-J integration solutions to help the GCCS-J PMO plan and coordinate the delivery of interoperable, modernized GCCS-J capabilities for real‑world operations
This is a hybrid role
Responsibilities
- Lead GCCS-J integration with DISA MPE, JOE/JOE-CE, and third-party C2 systems.
- Design and automate GCCS-J deployments, updates, and rollbacks in cloud and edge environments.
- Conduct independent verification and validation of GCCS-J APIs and system integrations.
- Deploy, monitor, and operate GCCS-J in classified and unclassified test environments.
- Recommend GCCS-J integration architecture improvements and develop DoDAF-compliant technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience deploying, integrating, and operating software solutions including GCCS
- Must have an active Secret clearance
- 8+ years’ experience deploying, integrating, and operating C2 systems is desired.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure, deployment automation, and operating software across classified networks (e.g., SIPR, SECRET/REL) is desired
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or similar technical discipline is a bonus.
