Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with prior advertising agency experience to manage client relationships, drive project delivery, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and a hands-on approach to ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage end-to-end client relationships.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Production, Post-Production, and Project Management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve execution challenges.
• Drive revenue growth through regular client follow-ups, lead conversions, and upselling opportunities.
• Manage operational activities, including invoice follow-ups, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and project tracking systems across teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure effective communication and expectation management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Account Management within an advertising/digital agency (brand-side experience is not preferred).
• Strong client servicing, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive deliverables and deadlines.
