Senior Account Executive (Social Commerce & Affiliate), D2C

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Executive to manage brand relationships and drive measurable growth through Social Commerce and Affiliate Marketing. You will translate business objectives into actionable TikTok Shop and Shopee affiliate plans, lead creator-led campaigns from strategy to execution, and use performance data to improve GMV, ROI, and long-term account growth.

 

What You Will Do

• Own a portfolio of brand accounts and serve as the primary day-to-day contact, translating business briefs, sales targets, and budgets into actionable campaign plans.
• Develop and present Social Commerce and Affiliate strategies across TikTok Shop and Shopee, covering creator mix, content formats, commission structures, incentives, and GMV/ROI targets.
• Lead end-to-end affiliate campaign execution, from creator sourcing and vetting to negotiation, briefing, sampling, content approval, publishing, and performance tracking.
• Build and nurture a strong KOL/KOC and affiliate creator pool through recruitment, onboarding, creator segmentation, community engagement, and reactivation programs.
• Coordinate shoppable videos and creator-led livestreams with relevant teams, aligning priority products, promotion mechanics, content deliverables, and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with Creator/MCN, E-commerce, Media/Ads, Operations, and Finance teams to manage budgets, timelines, content quality, and campaign reconciliation.
• Track creator- and campaign-level performance, including GMV, orders, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS, and affiliate costs; proactively identify gaps and recommend practical optimizations.
• Prepare periodic performance reviews and post-campaign reports, turning data into clear client insights, next-step action plans, and opportunities to scale high-performing activities.
• Resolve execution risks, manage client expectations, and build long-term brand partnerships through reliable delivery and commercially sound recommendations.

 

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Social Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, or E-commerce, including at least 1 year of hands-on TikTok Shop and/or Shopee affiliate campaign execution.
• Experience working directly with brand clients and owning campaign workstreams from proposal through execution and post-campaign review; agency experience is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of affiliate mechanics, including creator bookings, open collaboration, commission structures, product seeding, shoppable videos, and creator-led livestreams.
• Proven ability to analyze GMV, orders, conversion, ROI/ROAS, and cost efficiency, then translate findings into clear recommendations; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Hands-on experience with KOLs, KOCs, creators, and/or MCNs, including recruitment, evaluation, negotiation, and creator performance management.
• Strong project ownership and organization, with the ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, budgets, and deliverables without losing attention to detail.
• Confident client-facing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; proactive, solution-oriented, and able to collaborate across functions.
