PRN Nurse

Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring PRN nurses, both RNs and LPNs, for skilled nursing in New Albany, IN. Pay is $36.00/hour for RNs and $27.00/hour for LPNs, on 12-hour day or night shifts. Same-day interviews are available when possible.

Schedule: PRN, 12-hour shifts:

• Days: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Nights: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Give direct care to residents, including monitoring their condition, giving medications, taking vital signs, and documenting care
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and carry out care plans that support residents’ physical, social, and mental well-being
• Make sure all care meets regulatory standards
• Help with staff training and take part in quality assurance
• Keep residents, families, and medical staff informed about changes in care

What You’ll Need

• Active Indiana RN or LPN license (required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1 year of related experience preferred
