Job Description -

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables and adherence to collection targets.
• Proactively monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue invoices, and drive resolution of payment delays.
• Investigate and resolve disputes, deductions, and billing issues in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support effective collections and reduce overdue balances.
• Conduct credit reviews and assess customer financial and payment performance to identify potential risks.
• Support the maintenance of credit limits, payment terms, and order release decisions in line with company policies.
• Monitor credit exposure and escalate high-risk accounts to minimize bad debt and financial risk.
• Prepare and analyze AR, collections, and credit management reports, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Credit teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash operations.
• Handle complex customer cases, escalations, and high-value accounts with limited supervision.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team.
