What you'll do...

• Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure performance targets are met.
• Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations to build a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements by conducting gap analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
• Evaluate program performance using data analysis and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
