Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health | Bergen County, NJ | PRN & Part-Time | $65–$85 per visit.
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout Bergen County, NJ.
Choose between part-time W-2 employment with benefits or a flexible PRN opportunity based on your availability.
Whether you're building a steady weekly caseload or picking up visits around your current schedule, you'll enjoy the flexibility to manage your availability while delivering high-quality, individualized care. Treat one patient at a time without the double-booking, productivity quotas, or clinic burnout common in traditional outpatient settings.
What You'll Do:
- As an Occupational Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes throughout Bergen County.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatments based on each patient's functional needs and goals.
- Manage individualized treatment plans with clinical autonomy.
- Help patients improve independence, safety, mobility, and their ability to perform daily activities.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and members of the clinical team.
- Coordinate with our administrative team regarding scheduling, patient care, and logistics.
- Build and manage your caseload based on your availability and preferred coverage area within Bergen County.
Compensation:
Part-Time W-2:
- $65 per follow-up visit.
- $75 per 4-unit evaluation.
PRN:
- $72 per 4-unit follow-up visit.
- $85 per evaluation.

Qualifications:
- An active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey is required.
- Reliable transportation required.
